Ashley Nocera hasn't spoken about her family members, but she credits her grandfather with inciting her love of working out. She was an athlete when he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley started swimming when she was four. Through the following ten years she took classes. While she participated in several events but she was not dedicated enough to stick to a diet that would allow her body to function the best it could.
